Dr. Michael Jordan

Dr. Michael Jordan

Dr. Michael Jordan is a board certified podiatrist who has been practicing in Spartanburg, SC since 2000. He specializes in Podiatric Surgery and Sports Medicine, but his practice includes all ages and pathologies related to the foot and ankle. He Performs surgical procedures ranging from routine elective foot surgery to major reconstructive surgery. 

Dr. Jordan earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in 1994. He then completed three years of advanced training in Reconstructive Surgery of the foot and ankle at Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. He was honored in his third year to serve as Chief Resident.

Dr. Jordan and Dr. Sarah Jordan have three beautiful children and enjoy an active lifestyle with their family. Dr. Michael Jordan enjoys running and cycling which has evolved into a passion for the sport of Triathlon. He has competed in races since 2007 and completed Ironman Lake Placid in 2012. He also enjoys fly fishing and traveling with his family.

Dr. Sarah Jordan

Sarah M. Jordan, D.P.M.

Sarah M. Jordan, D.P.M. is a board certified podiatrist  who received her Bachelor of Science degree from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina. She then completed podiatric medical school at the William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. Her residency training took her to the Veteran's Administration Medical Center in Hines, Illinois, which is partnered with the podiatric residency of Loyola University Medical School, where she focused on orthopaedics and biomechanics of the foot and ankle.

Dr. Jordan trained extensively in diabetic foot and wound care and enjoyed the challenges of working with high risk patients to keep them active after healing diabetic wounds and many times after amputations. She now enjoys working with all types of foot problems in the practice she started with her husband, Dr. Michael Jordan, in 2000.  

Dr. Jordan stays active with her family and enjoys running in her free time.  She completed the Kiawah Marathon in 2009 and has completed multiple half-marathons and smaller races over the past several years.
